Chocolate Protein Milkshake
Have you ever used tofu in a smoothie? If not, I highly recommend it! I promise, it doesn’t actually taste like tofu. It adds a super silky texture, and gives the shake a boost of healthy fats and protein. The combination of banana (fresh or frozen) and silken tofu makes this healthy shake taste like a milkshake, but healthy and vegan friendly!

Ingredients
- 1 large banana
- 5 oz silken tofu
- 1 oz chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup plant milk (I use almond milk)
- small handful of ice cubes
Directions
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy immediately!
