Cold Tofu Salad: Liangban Dofu Si

IMG_5481.JPG

Enjoy this simple and refreshing tofu salad alongside other Chinese dishes or as a light appetizer! Shredded bean curd is not commonly found at grocery stores, but it can be found in Asian markets. They’re chewy, slightly salty, and resemble long noodle strands. The bean curd strands and julienned vegetables are not only visually appealing but also pack a flavorful punch with fresh cilantro and garlic.
