Ingredients
For part 1:
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 240 mL plant milk
- 1 tbsp agar agar (vegan friendly) substitute 1.25 tsp unflavored gelatin (NOT vegetarian)
Directions
- Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until dissolved and fully combined.
- Pour mixture into a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a lid, and refrigerate overnight, and enjoy the next day!
