Ingredients
For part 1:

  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 240 mL plant milk
  • 1 tbsp agar agar (vegan friendly) substitute 1.25 tsp unflavored gelatin (NOT vegetarian)

Directions

  1. Whisk all ingredients in a saucepan over low heat until dissolved and fully combined.
  2. Pour mixture into a small bowl, cover with plastic wrap or a lid, and refrigerate overnight, and enjoy the next day!

Per serving: 125 calories: 2 g carbs; 4 g fat; 20 g protein
