Strawberry Ice Milk

Out of all easy, healthy, and delicious desserts or snacks, ice milk definitely ranks high on my list of favorites. This cold treat is exactly what it sounds like: frozen milk and fruit. You simply pour milk over frozen fruit and let it sit for 5-10 minutes. The milk freezes around the fruits, and then comes the fun part: smashing up the fruits and mixing in the frozen milk! It transforms into a refreshing slushy-like consistency, perfect for a summer afternoon.

I usually make it with strawberries, bananas, and/or blueberries, but you could try it with any other frozen fruit like mangoes and pineapples! Both dairy and plant-based milks work with this recipe. My go-to is vanilla almond milk, but whole cows milk definitely produces the creamiest result.
