Protein Pancakes
These pancakes are great for macro-tight days, as they are almost completely made of protein! Use any flavor of whey protein powder and cook these up in a matter of minutes for a quick breakfast or post-workout meal.

Ingredients
- 2 large eggs
- 50 g whey protein powder, any flavor
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 6 tbsp water or milk of choice
Directions
- Whisk together ingredients in a bowl.
- Heat a nonstick skillet or griddle over medium-low heat and spray with cooking spray if needed.
- Pour batter into skillet to preferred size. I usually use 2-3 tbsp each, and I can fit 2-3 into a large electric griddle.
- Flip pancake when bubbles rise to the surface and cook for 1-2 minutes or until browned.
- Top with fruit, syrup, yogurt, nuts, or anything you like!
Per serving (using water): 70 calories: 2 g carbs; 1.1 g fat; 13.2 g protein
