Protein Crepes
With just two or three ingredients, whip up these high-protein crepes and fill them with whatever you like!

Ingredients
For crepes:
- 2 egg whites
- 25 g whey protein powder, any flavor
- 2-4 tbsp water or almond milk
For filling:
- whipped cream, ricotta, yogurt, peanut butter, etc.
- fresh berries, sliced bananas, cheese, etc.
- nuts, confectioners' sugar, fresh herbs, lemon zest, caramel or chocolate syrup, etc.
Directions
- Whisk egg whites with a fork or balloon whisk until foamy. Add protein powder and liquid (water or milk) to reach a thin, pourable consistency.
- Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray with cooking spray if needed and add ¼ of the batter to the pan. Swirl to coat the entire bottom. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until bubbles reach the surface and use a rubber spatula to release crepe from pan. Flip and cook on the other side for 1 minute.
- Repeat with the remaining batter and top with fillings of choice!
